My Story

MY TRAUMA STORY

After experiencing severe emotional trauma, neglect, physical abuse, childhood sexual abuse, and bullying for 20 years, I was diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder in 2015, PTSD in 2019, agoraphobia and major anxiety.

As a child, I experienced emotional neglect, a lack of emotional safety, and deep wounds with my mom. I had a narcissistic mom and a father who was deeply insecure and emotionally unavailable, which left me with feelings of abandonment, unworthiness, and a belief that I was unloveable and never enough. I remember my childhood as one where I was never happy at home or at school, and thus I grew up to become a deeply insecure and self-loathing adult who hated life. My mom made me keep the secret of her love affair at age 11 and she would use me as an excuse to travel and see her lover. At school, I was always bullied, socially ostracized, and looked down on from age 6 until 22. I had always felt utterly alone.

2016–2019 were the darkest years of my life in which I experienced intense negativity and suicidal thoughts at an all-time high. My Borderline Personality Disorder Diagnosis became my entire identity and everyone watched as I self-destructed with self-harm, suicidal ideation, and intoxication; No one around me knew how to respond or how to help. Deep shame and self-hatred was all I knew for my entire life, but especially during this time. Feeling hopeless, broken and misunderstood, I isolated myself because I felt that no one could understand my deep trauma and pain. I relied heavily on several substances everyday, all day long, for more than 3 years. I never imagined I could ever feel true happiness — nor did I ever feel like I genuinely had at all. Consumed by my deep emotional pain, all I wanted was to no longer exist.

Luckily, my Spiritual Awakening danced into my life in November of 2019. After trying out 12 different therapists, I finally found the therapist who was able to help me heal from my 24 years of extremely painful trauma. It was my 13th therapist suggested that I see a Shamanic Healer and it only took 1 Shamanic Healing session to clear the spiritual blockages that caused me to stay in such a low vibrational state. And from there, things began to shift very quickly.

Needless to say, I was fascinated by how effective and transformative energy healing was. I couldn't believe how fast the effects were — it was immediate. I booked a soul purpose reading from the same Shaman and discovered that my purpose was to serve as a healer and guide. By May 2020, I had enrolled in my first Healers Training Program. From there, I began my healer's journey, became a Certified Priestess of Light, and started my journey of helping women from all of the world. 

As I continued doing the inner work in therapy and deepening my professional training as a healer, I discovered a depth of joy, peace, and love for life that I never imagined was possible. What once felt impossible became my reality through years of deep emotional healing. It has been an incredible privilege to walk this path, and today, my greatest purpose is guiding other women as they reconnect with themselves, reclaim their confidence, and rediscover the joy they deserve.

As someone deeply devoted to my own healing journey and path as a healer, I have invested over $30k into personal healing, spiritual growth, and my professional healing arts certification and training. Each year, I continue expanding my knowledge of different healing modalities and holistic wellness practices so I can better support other women on their journeys.

I feel truly honored to support women as they navigate emotional healing, reconnect with their hearts, and deepen their self-love + confidence.
